When the sketch below was made this Cross was deeply buried; during the recent restoration of the Church, it was dug up and placed on a pedestal near the doorway: it is 5 feet 9 inches high and 1 foot 9 inches in breadth; the broadest sides of the shaft are ornamented with a zig-zag tracery.
