James & kebyIn primis on the west parte, the greate ryver called Vale dyvideth the same parishe of Cuby from the parishe of Probus, and from the parishe of Cornely: Item on the north parte a lytle lake or ryver wch runneth beneath the Barton of Tregoniohn, unto a myll belonginge to the said Barton, dyvideth the said parishe of Cuby from the parishe of Creede, from the headd of the said lytle lake, the sowthe hedge of certayne landes belonginge to a tenement comonly called Trevenall, is the bounde betweene the said parishes of Cuby and Creede, unto the kings highe way that leadeth from a moore called Halegaver towards Grandpont on the northe syde of the said highe way there is a lytle quyllet of the said parishe of Cubye, wch is bounded wth the kings lande, & the tenement called Tregidgiowe, wthin the parish of Creede. And thence the kings highe way about Forty staves in lengthe, & from the same highe way the Tenement of Tregidgiowe aforesaid is the bounde. And on the north east the said parishe of Cubye is bounded wth the tenement of Fentanwyn & Pencoose beinge in the parishe of Creede. On the east parte a lytle ryver wch runneth unto Trelucky mill dyvideth the said parishe of Cuby from the parishes of St Ewe als Eva, & St Michaell Carihaies.
On the sowthe parte a lytle lake comonly called Keerewater dyvideth the said parishe of Cubye from the parishe of Veryan.
